SUN CITY VILLA

First of all let me say that the staff at the boulevard restaurant in the sunset clubhouse was wonderful. We had a surprise birthday for my father in law and the hostess was so helpful with the planning setup and all of the staff including Rey our waiter were fabulous and very inviting. They were accommodating beyond what most servers are like even going to the extent to let me decorate before my dad arrived. They made his 80th birthday truly memorable.... Thank you for everything....

The Sisters Dumas realty in Sun City My experience with Linda and Sharon Dumas in Sun City Del Webb was very disappointing. We had many annoying and disappointing issues, even a health problem, during the sale of our, then,existing home. To name a few of them: 1. virtually no communication, unless we call them. 2. Their “Open Houses” were not organized, pre-checked or post-checked. On one occasion, there were feces and urine on the toilet for weeks, after Sharon said they would clean it. 3. There was no guidance or sales ideas ever, They only wanted me to reduce my price until it was the lowest on the list for similar homes. 4. We felt as if they were only trying to satisfy the needs of the buyers on the sale of our home and the sellers on the purchase of our home! I will not go into the many negative details we encountered. I do know that I will never use Linda and Sharon Dumas or recommend them, ever again!!

That place is a giant confusing mess. It used to be peaceful, now it's just chaos in there. Can't believe that place is that big. Way over built for a private community. Too many rules.

I am a resident of Sun City Palm Desert. After retirement we traveled the western US for 6 months researching the best active adult communities in which to settle. Our choice was here and it was one of the best decision we have ever made. The community is pristine, the homes are beautiful. If you are golfers, like us, our two 18 hole championship courses are some of the best in the Palm Springs area. Our tennis and pickleball facilities are also first rate and we have one of the few softball fields in the valley. The residents are friendly and welcoming and with over 80 active clubs to choose from there is an activity for everyone. This truly is a special place to live.

I'm so happy I bought a house here! The people are so friendly, lots of activities whether you like tennis, pickleball and golf or wine tasting or crafts, wonderful on-site dining options, low HOA dues and a management organization that really cares about its residents. We have Cable and Internet included with our dues, and are located within the Imperial Irrigation District for electric service with MUCH LOWER rates (Love my lower AC bills in the summer than the rest of the valley cities). Come live the dream! Its great here!
