Libby's 100th birthday party on July 20th went so well. The staff were wonderful. We so appreciated how Sun Prairie Senior Living made their facility and staff available to us. When we asked for something they made sure we got it. Like the use the large conference room. Sun Prairie Senior Living even helped us to decorate the room celebrating her 100th birthday. Most touching of all was the employee Isatou, who, free of charge, came in to help dress my mother during her non-working hours. She touched all of my family's hearts. Our experience with Sun Prairie Senior Living Rehab was exceptional. My brother was here for 6 weeks and received great care. The entire staff from the kitchen, housekeeping, aids, nursing, management, therapy (and others I'm forgetting) worked together to provide outstanding care. They treated him and family with kindness and respect and addressed needs we didn't even realize he had. They have medical staff (PA’s and doctors) that oversee the medical care right at the facility. The medical attention was excellent and incredibly thorough. The facility was always clean with no urine or foul smells. He was kept clean. We always felt welcome. The therapy in their rehab program has me in awe. The therapists worked so well together and with him. They took him from not being able to get out of a chair or bed or being able to walk to independence again. I highly recommend Sun Prairie Senior Living for rehab.

The entire staff are amazing! My husband received the Best Care possible in this facility. Everyone goes out of their way to accommodate any needs that arise. Can’t honestly not say enough good!

Hi my name is Kim and my mama has been in rehab for several weeks here. The staff, although I haven’t gotten to know or remember all of their names, I appreciate and adore everyone as everyone works as a team and my mom’s care and love has been given the utmost attention coupled with the outstanding energy and positive direction of her rehab after having her left arm and left hip broken at the same time. She is progressing despite some setbacks and I’m just so grateful and thankful for all of this. Please make your loved one get the best care in this facility that has a five star rating for a very good and worthy reason!! With the utmost respect for Sun Prairie Senior Living and the folks who care so much I absolutely love y’all!

This place is horrible! Please do not have your loved one stay here! So much neglect, my father sat in his own urine for several hours, maybe even all day! I changed him when I came to see him, he was saturated, everything was hanging so low it was obvious his undergarments, liners and pants were soaked! There was urine all over the bathroom floor, his clothes were saturated as well, and the smell of urine was over powering when I entered his room! I also want to mention do not bring nice clothes to this facility, they get stolen and give you items in return that aren't acceptable! Seriously what guy wants to wear a woman's nightgown? Seriously! I am in total shock, can not understand why they are still in business! Just awful, awful!!! Then there was an episode where my father fell, and one of the nurses completely lied about it! Then let's talk about not giving medications on time, better yet they skip giving medications too. For example, my father never gets his medicine 4 times a day! Maybe once or twice, if that! Please please do not leave a loved one at this place and think they will be well taken care of!
