The place is beautiful. But it’s being ran by people who don’t know what they’re doing. Ive never felt more lead on and lied to and discriminated in my life. They told me I can come there and tell me the stuff I need to buy to make things easier and more comfortable for me. I bought over $300 of stools and devices. And $700 for a new bed frame so my adjustable bed works and goes up and down so it’s easier with transfers. Lead me on for 3 months with excuse after excuse. Then to tell me I was denied. First reason was because I can’t reach the sink. I’m 3ft tall and in a wheelchair. During this 3 month wait she had me come in and measure me for things so the maintenance guy can make the room more adaptable for me. She told me she had handle extensions for the sink. Mind you there is another little person already living in the facility. I let it go for a couple weeks and it kept bugging me so I called to get more info as to why I’m denied. Then she says oh it’s because if you need situated in bed or need something we may not beable to help you right away and we don’t want you to have to wait. I’m not some high risk person and I don’t have many needs so I think I can wait if the nurses are are busy. I kept pushing the fact this makes no sense. So I talked to her boss, a guy. He said she said she said he said. They were not on the same page and blamed eachother for everything . Then they say the call light is too high. And things just didn’t work out for me being I can’t reach stuff safely So because I’m a safety issue I’m denied. I had spine surgery thats left me needing assistance, and am going to be having 2 hip replacements in the next couple months and am gonna need help with that. Little people don’t get back on there feet after surgery like tall people do. So I need help. She agreed to the nurse evaluating me again because during this long 3 month wait I was going to physical therapy and have gotten a lot stronger and more independent. An hour before my appointment she calls to tell me no need to come in that they won’t evaluate me again because I’m just a safety risk. There’s nothing not safe about me. I’m 41, my mind is all there, I’m not on any special device keeping me alive, not a fall risk. I just need assistance living my day to day tasks. Isn’t this what this facility is, assisted living?!?!? It’s just a freakin joke, the facility would be amazing if the people running it would get their crap together. Excuse after excuse!

The facility is nice, But upper management is not qualified. And most food is NOT eatable.

My sister moved in on February 8th 2021 after a severe fall at home. The nursing staff dropped the ball Physical Therapy still hasn't started, her fingers are becoming contracted, she also developed a stomach issue since she has been there which is making her very bloated, distended her stomach, and she is nauseated constantly. I was there for 2 weeks and got involved, I found out the paper work was not completed correctly on the doctors end, the Nurse coordinator didn't investigate untilI I became involved and insisted on more info. I had to go back home to Oklahoma. Still no resolve of either issue as of this post. We are very disappointed in their efforts. They follow up alot with no results. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.
