TOWNE CARE

Please fix this door out by your trash area. It slams all day and night especially when we had the wind storm. Your neighbors are unable to get any sleep and your poor residents on this side of the building have to hear this constantly and it must be driving them mad as well. Please be responsible and get it fixed with an actual new latch. The rocks and bucket or whatever quick "fix" is unacceptable.

This is the first facility my father has been at that I feel the staff actually cares. All the way from cleaning crews to administrators are AMAZING! They are truly special and care about their residents. Most importantly it is the first place my father has been happy!

This is such a loving place all of the staff there genuinely have caring relationships with the residents there!Its a very Warm facility!...It gives you a Southern feel!... Everyone is so Down to earth!!!

Horrible don’t NOT take your loved ones here, once I found out how they are operating at this facility it was heartbreaking , they are so short staff, they have no housekeepers, no coo and barely any caregivers, they have no around the clock RN and when one of the employees addressed this to Amanda one of the managers she stated that a RN is not needed around the clock, wow , a patient fell and busted his head open due to only having two ppl on staff at night to cover the whole building and when they call the Manager she said to put something over his head and she will look at it in the morning. The state board just recently did a pop up and the facility was fined !! It’s unbelievable! If you love your loved ones please look into a place before you place them there!! Place them here and you’ll be planning a funeral smh.
