SUNGARDEN VILLA VI

My Mother currently resides at Sungarden Villa and has been for over 2 years now. The facility is very clean, the staff are very nice and attentive to taking care of my Mother. Prior to my Mother moving to Sungarden Villa. She was living at another assisted living facility in the area that was a lot more expensive, but she has received better care at Sungarden Villa. If you are looking for an assisted living facility that will take good care of your loved one. I highly recommend Sungarden Villa.

Our family is extremely fortunate to have discovered Sungarden Villa 3 years ago for my mom. A caring and compassionate private home setting where residents get personalized care while maintaining their dignity has far exceeded our expectations. We are thankful and grateful for the excellent support Russelle and her care staff provide, and they all truly feel like an extension of our family.

Sungarden Villas provides exemplary care for my dad. With his advanced age and several chronic illnesses they do a great job identifying any health issues that require immediate attention and do a fantastic job coordinating with his providers, pharmacy, transportation, and family. The surroundings are clean and comfortable. My dad definitely enjoys the food and they do a great job managing his diabetes and dietary needs. It’s a very warm and caring environment with plenty of friendly caring staff. I highly recommend them. Because I live 400+ miles away, I especially value the worry free environment they provide.

When we first placed Mom, we were assured that she could be cared for until she passed--a promise that was kept. The residences were always clean and well-maintained, with lovely private bedrooms with sliding door access to outdoor patios. Community spaces were well-appointed as well. The care staff was especially compassionate and loving; they became *our* "family" as well as Mom's. We were kept informed of Mom's physical condition, and staff arranged specialized services like haircuts, manicures, and mobile dentist care as needed. Highly recommended!

The thought of placing my wife of my over 60 years into a care facility had created a serious feeling of guilt within me. That feeling dissipated following my daughter and my visit to Sun Garden Villa. I realized that this was a home that would provide my wife, dealing with Alzheimer’s Dementia, a superior level of care compared to anything I could manage with her at our home! She was a resident at Sun Garden Villa for over four years. During that time she was part of a ‘family’! She experienced loving care of high quality. Care givers that really cared for my wife! Staff were on top of every issue, medical or otherwise, that required attention. The attitude of all staff was upbeat, happy, and encouraging. Activities from picnics to sing-alongs were always well planned and fun times together! Hygiene throughout the home was excellent. The kind of setting that encouraged you to stay rather than leave. There is no shortage of happiness and laughter! The meals, all prepared on site, were balanced and high quality. I highly, and without hesitation, recommend the Sun Garden Villa for the care of anyone you love and care about!
