The staff is helpful and is quick to assist both visitors and those in their care. The premises are clean and decorated according to the season.

Sunny Rose Senior Living has been an absolute blessing for our family. The care and compassion they show my nana is truly exceptional. Every time we visit, we’re greeted by smiling faces and a staff that genuinely cares—not just about their residents, but about the families too. It gives us such peace of mind knowing she is treated with kindness, patience, and respect every single day. The atmosphere is welcoming, positive, and full of heart. We’re incredibly grateful to the entire Sunny Rose team for taking such wonderful care of our Nana Linda.

I just visited this community, and Maria the Engagement Director has the warmest smile ever. She was leading a Lotería activity with the residents, and her patience and kindness truly stood out. She made sure everyone felt included and helped each resident with so much care. Thank you, Maria, for treating our loved ones with such kindness and dedication. Highly recommended!

We have had very comforting experience. Everyone who works there is unique in their compassion. I have always felt well informed and my father has always felt cared for. So far they have gone above and beyond to accommodate every obstacle that we’ve had to overcome.

My brother is in memory care at this facility and I just wanted to do a quick shout out. Sadly, he suffers from mild dementia, but worse than that Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. I mentioned these things for a reason. He’s not easy to take care of due to the horrible things that Crohn’s does to your body. He has no control over his bowels. The caretakers at Sunny Rose Glenn in the memory care section have been amazing over the years. They seem to have an absolute heart for what they do and it shows. The good thing about having your loved one in a facility like this is IF their care is difficult, not just one person or the same two people have to take care of them ALL THE TIME. If that were the case, I assure you that burnout would occur. I know. I took care of him. But a facility like this, rotates their staff. This is a good thing. Specific compliments to caretaker Lanie (She’s been with them forever and goes above and beyond the call of duty)… Med tech Megan, and front desk receptionist, Haley. When you call, if Haley doesn’t know, she will figure it out or find out. What a refreshing thing it is for someone to DO THEIR JOB… (actually do what they’re getting paid to do) instead of passing the buck… And when they go that extra mile, you know you’ve got gold. This facility has some excellent human beings. I am not saying that they never make mistakes…. All of us are guilty of making mistakes. Mistakes have happened. But they owned it and fixed it. I do not hesitate to recommend this facility!
