The facility and staff give impeccable care to the residents. It has been uplifting to see the focus of their residents start with compassion and kindness. I have personally witnessed care across the state as a hospice administrator and this facility has exceeded any expectations I could have. The human kindness a lot of us have witnessed as being lost often in other places, is refreshing and admirable. My staff cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility.

Lovely facility w/ a lot of fun activities for residents. This, coupled w/ friendly & experienced staff, makes Parkdale a great choice for assisted-living. There’s even a pub!

The Parkdale is a beautiful community. The building is exceptionally clean, which I like, the staff is friendly and welcoming. There is lots of room for parties and events. I spoke to several staff and their main goal is to focus on the well being of the residents and make sure they are happy and well taken care of. I would highly recommend this community. The residents were friendly and welcoming. 5 stars for sure.

My godfather has been living in this beautiful facility for seven months now! He says he loves this community even more than the one he moved from. The staff are friendly and encourage him to participate in activities. They made him feel special on his birthday by giving him a personal-sized cake, and the entertainment group serenaded him with "Happy Birthday." Today, I was invited to attend the resident council meeting to share input, concerns, and suggestions. Knowing that my input matters truly makes a difference. P.S. Only complaint is that we (along with other residents & staff) have been patiently waiting on Saxophonist Kirk to return. He hasn't played at the Pub since April.
