Sunridge Assisted Living of Layton

I cannot say enough good things about Sunridge assisted living in Layton. Jakob, Terri, Mary, and all of the aids are truly amazing! They are kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, always treating the residents with dignity and respect. The facility is clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff goes out of their way to make residents feel loved and engaged in the many activities they offer. From assisted living to full end- of- life care, we were continually impressed by the level of compassion and professionalism shown to both my Mom and our family. I hope that if I ever need to live in a care facility, it will be as warm and loving as this one.

We've been associated with Sunridge for the past 15 months. Our mother/mother-in-law Nancy moved in October 2024. From the very outset the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Her room was perfect for her situation, and she settled in easily and became friends with both staff and residents. All throughout her stay, Terri and Jacob were always anxious to help and provide whatever was needed to ensure Nancy's comfort and sense of well being. We could not recommend the staff and facilities more highly.

Sunridge Assisted Living in Layton, Utah is truly exceptional. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by Terri, whose warm and genuinely caring nature perfectly reflects the entire team. Jacob, the director, goes above and beyond — truly moving heaven and earth — to ensure every resident is cared for with compassion and dignity. The nursing staff and CNAs treat residents and their families like their own, creating a welcoming, family-like atmosphere that brings such peace of mind. The facility is always spotlessly clean and well maintained, showing the pride and care everyone takes in their work. I can’t say enough good things about Sunridge — they have made such a difference in my mother’s life, and in ours. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with respect, kindness, and true dedication, this is it.

I used to work at Sunridge but moved out of state. The staff and leadership team truly wrap their arms around every resident and treat them like family. I have never been in a more family-oriented facility. The residents are amazing! And Terri and Jakob go above and beyond to ensure the residents feel at home. Mary, the director of nursing is so knowledgeable and compassionate. I would recommend Sunridge of Layton to my parents. I miss working there!
