I meet Rosa Lara on the day I walked in. She was so sweet and super helpful. I couldn't have done this without her. She explained everything to me. From the beginning to the end. Was able to contact her at anytime when I had questions. The staff is just as sweet. I got a smile of warmth and compassion from the whole place and everyone. I would highly recommend this place. My mother recently was admitted Simpatico Cielo Vista. It was a difficult decision to make, but the staff and the environment at this location, made it an easy an easy decision. From the director, Patty Torres, to the sales director, Rosa Lara, and to all the wonderful support staff that greeted us upon arrival, you made us feel like family. I know I made the right decision by bringing my mother to this assisted living facility to help her in her new transition in life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all for making us feel welcomed!

I made a stop by Simpatico Cielo Vista without an appointment about a month ago. I was searching to find a place for my elderly aunt. The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. I didn't have an appointment, but Rosie reached out to marketing sales Director, who had some free time to give me a quick tour or the facility. Suggested I make an appointment and return with my aunt. She took me through the building explained what was available for the residents and showed me a few vacant rooms. Also she gave me a great tour answered all my questions as I tried to answer all of her as well. I was impressed that even though I had no appointment scheduled for a tour, she took time to give me a tour. As I walked through the building it smelled cleaned. As we approached the dining area the kitchen, the food smelled tasty. Everyone greeted me with a hello. It has been one month since my aunt moved into the facility. The staff has been very supportive and receptive to my aunts needs and very caring. Also assisting her and family members with any concerns. They are easy to speak to and very flexible in finding solutions as needed. The residents and have been very friendly and kind and welcoming my Aunt during this transition. Recently, we celebrated my aunt's birthday, and the staff (Patty other staff) was just so wonderful in assisting and guiding us showing us areas where we could set up for her celebration. Staff helping us the day of her celebration. The residents always seem to be happy in this community environment. They offer a variety of activities and all the staff from nurses, Housekeeping Maintenance, bathing, and laundry crew to name a few have been amazing, so caring. It reflects on their daily passion for what they do for residents with much care, patience and joy. My hat goes out to each and every staff member. It takes a village to care for others you must have the heart to care for our loved ones entrusted in their care. The Chef and cook have been wonderful patient and flexible working with my aunt eating needs going the extra mile after having to set up so many meals for all the other residents. I toured this facility 15 years ago with a class I was attending at UTEP I'm so happy and pleased to see that this facility is still serving our community needs. I know ownership has changed since I last visited the facility and gradually working on updates. I know rooms, bathrooms still need to he painted windows and bathrooms. The staff is great. They care for their residents. They have round the clock nurses and staff that take care of the residents needs. Rosa Lara is exceptionally helpful and goes above and beyond to help. The ladies up front and admin are very nice and helpful.

The staff at Simpatico has consistently been committed to providing excellent care of my grandmother. My family is grateful for their kindness and we appreciate the level of care provided. You can see they take pride in what they do.
