My mom has been a resident for 3 years! The staff is very professional, caring and truly take care of my mom 100%. They treat my mom as if she was a family member to the staff. I have learned first hand, these are a very special, gifted group of people. As the residents daughter, I am treated like family, any time I walk through the doors. You will not be disappointed. You can relax knowing your loved one is in good hands!

The staff is extremely professional and helpful. Our family was very impressed with the director, Jamison Delgado. She was able to walk us through the move and answer all of our questions. We are indebted to Sunrise and the quality care that they give our mother. Staff are professional and friendly and treat your family as if it’s their own. We especially love Jennifer at the front desk on any given Thursday or on the weekends you can count on her always being here with her welcoming personality. My mom was at Sunrise for 5 months. The care was excellent and the aides were caring. On her last day while waiting for her to be transported to a new facility we had a bad experience involving Patti. My mom was having her lunch before being transported and my sister was standing with her helping her with her meal. Patti entered the room and was so nasty telling my sister she could not stand with my mom. There were only 3 other women in the dining room. My mom had been eating by herself for the past few weeks. My sister only wanted to make sure my mom ate something before she was transported. Pattie was loud and very nasty to my sister. She said the rules were no guests in the dining room when there were guests always in the dining room. The woman sitting at the table next to my mom even told my sister to complain about Patti. Brie did contact me after I emailed her about the incident. She told me that it was not right what Patti did and she would be using this at their town hall meeting on how not to treat a resident. Maybe an apology from Patti would have been better. Patti has shown aggressive behavior other times. Maybe she should not be working with the elderly.highly disappointed that my moms last day was such a bad experience. Maybe anger management is a thought for Patti.? I wonder why the owner has not commented on my post. Only the good reviews. I will keep posting until I get a response!

This facility provides a high level of care in a warm, homey setting. My Mom was in another Memory facility that was set up more like a modern hotel; it was cold, sterile and the level of care was no way near as good. Sunrise was a little more expensive, but is providing exponentially more care. Brie, the director, is very empathetic and hands on, and advocated for us with the hospital. I was at my wit's end trying to care for my Mom, and now I feel like she's finally found a safe, caring place to live. We final have "a new normal." I highly recommend Sunrise of Paramus. My only regret is that I should have gotten my Mom here sooner.
