Sunrise at Randolph welcomed my 93-year-old Dad with open arms on short notice in October 2025, and from the first day, he has been treated with respect and dignity. He has become friendly with 2 other gentlemen, and they usually eat all of their meals together in the dining room. His studio suite is always spotless, and it's the right size for him. Every team member knows him by name! There is always someone available to assist him, and to answer my questions. Couldn't have asked for a better community for Dad!

Feeling very fortunate to have found Sunrise of Randolph for dear clients of mine who mean so much to me! Though they just moved in less than two weeks ago, I am already blown away (and I’m a tough critic, having run communities myself in the past as an executive director). I can only speak to their memory support neighborhood, Reminiscence, as that’s where my clients are, but the experience so far has been exceptional. Move-in day went super smooth and there was support from the Reminiscence team, housekeeping, maintenance, nursing, etc — everyone! The transition has been as smooth and pleasant as I could have EVER hoped for. Seriously, I am thrilled. Each team member has gone absolutely above and beyond, and there is no doubt that they care deeply about their residents. I am confident they will be safe and happy in their new home. I have to give special shout outs to Mary, the head nurse (TRULY one of the best I’ve ever worked with, and I don’t say that lightly), Jen, an absolute jack of all trades on Reminiscence who I’d be lost without and who I can already see loves my clients as her own family members (no exaggeration, an angel who works so hard), Ana, who oversees the neighborhood and is so on top of everything, Humberto, who oversees maintenance and was so helpful on move-in day & beyond (still have to fix that bathroom light though 🤪), Bre, the Executive Director who is so hands on and involved, Nicole in sales, whose warmth and genuine nature made us feel comfortable from day one, and, OF COURSE, the care managers, more ANGELS on earth. I am sure I’m missing people, I’m sorry! Not a bad word to say about any of them, truly a great experience so far considering how difficult of a transition this is. Moving from home to memory care in assisted living as a super active, independent couple (with a dog, no less!) is not easy. Sunrise has sure made it easIER, though! THANK YOU!!!

Really outstanding. The options for rooms have been excellent. Staff really cares, and administrators have helped me navigate difficult care decisions. I sleep well at night knowing my mom is here… I felt the same way about my dad’s care while he was there. The “home” is kept in great condition and doesn’t feel institutional.

I’ve been to many assisted living places throughout the past few years looking for family members and clients. Sunrise of Randolph is just lovely. The staff is very professional, friendly, and service oriented. The facility is updated and very clean. I was just recently invited to have dinner with one of the new residents. Bridget one of the staff members who plans the activities made such a wonderful dinner. It was Halloween/Autumn themed. It was a small group of us so we could engage with the new resident and his family. The food was excellent and you could see the care with its residents. I would recommend Sunrise of Randolph to anyone.

My Dad moved into Sunrise at Randolph after he had a fall. The place was clean and the staff responsive and friendly. They welcomed him and his cat to their community. Several communities we looked at said they "allowed" pets but didn't seem like they really wanted them. The staff and residents at Sunrise really loved my dad's cat and were always careful that she didn't get out of his room. In 6 months, he gained back over 25 lbs that he had lost after my mom passed so I think he liked the food there. After his passing the staff were very empathetic. I would recommend Sunrise at Randolph if you are looking for a caring and clean environment for your parent or loved one.
