We are so happy with the care mom is receiving in the memory care unit at Sunrise at Hunter Mill. The management, caregivers, nurses and staff that care for her are kind, patient, respectful and compassionate. We visit mom often and see she feels safe and comfortable. During mom’s first few weeks at Sunrise, the staff created a detailed, personalized care plan to help her transition into her new home away from home. We received daily updates, and they welcomed our questions and answered them fully. After three months, mom is doing so well. The staff’s commitment to creating a supportive and nurturing environment is evident in mom’s happiness. She enjoys seeing all the staff and being social with the other residents. Knowing she is receiving such good care from the kind and loving staff gives us peace of mind. We are so grateful to all the management and staff for the love and dedication they bring to their work every day.
