Sunrise of Cresskill was truly a blessing for my mother during the last 6 months of her life. From the moment she moved in, we felt comforted by how warm and home-like the community is—it never felt clinical or impersonal. She lived in the memory care neighborhood on the third floor, where Simone leads with exceptional compassion and grace. My mother was always treated with dignity, patience, and genuine kindness. The team cared for her thoughtfully every single day, and we were welcomed to visit freely, always greeted by staff who were supportive, cheerful, and attentive. Knowing she was engaged, comfortable, and safe brought enormous peace of mind to our entire family. She made wonderful friends, enjoyed a full calendar of activities, and truly thrived in an environment that kept her connected and stimulated. Sunrise of Cresskill is a beautiful, nurturing place—if you need elder care I would highly recommend considering this residence.

Sunrise of Cresskill NJ was a home for my mother for 2 1/2 years. She made so many lovely friends had a busy schedule everyday by being involved with all the activities. All the staff were very caring they took care of her daily with her needs Near the end she was surrounded by loving family and a loving caring staff. I wish she could have been there longer as she had many good times there . It’s a very beautiful place for your loved one to live .

Sunrise of Cresskill is where my mom lived the last 3 1/2 years of her life. I like the fact that it is set up to feel like a home and not a hospital. My mom was in memory care (3rd floor) where Simone is in charge. Mom was treated with respect and taken good care of. We were able to visit her whenever we wanted, and the staff was always friendly and supportive. My family and I were able to rest easier knowing our mother was happy, comfortable, and safe during her final years.

Best care outside of your family home. It brings comfort in knowing your loved ones are well taken care of and most of all still in a family home like environment. The entire staff is always attentive of what’s going on and are always interacting with their residents. They are the next best thing to family! Special shout out to Care taker Kerri , for always sending me a photo here and there of my mom enjoying a happy moment, which always brightens my day!

From the moment I entered Sunrise, I was pleasantly at ease. Val was the first person I met at the front desk, she was so warm, outgoing and ready to assist in anyway. My mom is in the memory care unit, the staff is respectful and always willing to help. Indera goes way beyond assisting my mom with everyday tasks, she is a gem. Kerry, Simone and Georgia are also ready to listen and help along with the rest of the staff. Dana and her team are truly special, they are always smiling even when they are exhausted and had a hard day. I honestly appreciate all the staff at Sunrise Cresskill, they truly try to go above and beyond. We are very lucky that my mom was accepted to be part of the Sunrise family.
