My aunt has lived at Sunrise of Franklin Lakes for a year and a half. In that time the AL director has been nothing but professional and wonderful to communicate with Sue is always returning our calls without hesitation - even being a niece. Turnover happens in all industries (mine is no exception) but Sue is top notch.

I’ve recently noticed a significant decrease in staff, and it’s honestly been disappointing. Seeing so many good employees leave in such a short period of time raises concerns about what’s happening behind closed doors. Management should take a closer look at SUYEN FENTY of the assisted living department to see why so many strong employees are leaving and focus on retaining the hardworking staff who truly make a difference. Good workers are the backbone of any successful organization, and keeping them should be a priority. Patients notice these changes, and maintaining a consistent, dedicated team would greatly improve my satisfaction. Having the same reliable staff members matters, especially in a setting where patients value comfort and familiarity.

I have an older cousin living at the sunrise of Franklin lakes. The staff is so attentive and caring, always smiling and happy. Very pleasant atmosphere and welcoming. Lots of activities to participate in and great selection of menu items. Kevin, the executive director has been nothing but wonderful to my family. Answers every question, is so patient, kind and understanding. He is one of a kind and I owe my experience to him! He runs a great team. I look forward to going and visiting my cousin as often as I can because I think I want to move in there one day myself! Thanks for everything!

My mom ended up in hospice care the last 3 months of her life at Sunrise. She was treated with respect and love in her final days and it will always be appreciated.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sunrise, Franklin Lakes. From our very first interview til the placement of my dad in Memory Care, it has been a pleasure dealing with everyone that is involved in my father’s day to day care. He is engaged in wonderful activities and is surrounded by a loving community of care workers.
