Sunrise of Ivey Ridge

Sunrise has done a great job for me and my mother in law. This has been a very difficult experience trying to navigate everything through some rough circumstances but the staff at sunrise has been there and us and has responded to our needs in a very helpful manner. Especially Autumn and Star have gone above and beyond and have really made this difficult experience doable. Im so grateful for Sunrise and its people! I recommend this community to anyone in need!!!

Overall, the facility appears cleaned and well cared for and while I feel like my loved one is safe and overall, she is well cared for, I have found the care to be inconsistent and lacking in many aspects. There are several exceptional staff members, but there have also been an equal number of things I find inexcusable. There are weeks no one cleans her room or does her laundry (items that are included in the cost that I pay). Her hygiene needs are often overlooked, and it took over a month to get her help showering. There is no formal method for putting in maintenance requests and repeated requests for repairs go ignored. After the initial meeting and tour, the executive director completely ignores emails and requests.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to provide loving care and show concern for my mother. I am so pleased that I found them. I feel confident that my mother is well cared for.

Provided a loving home for my Mom the last 1+ years of her life. Made me very comfortable that Mom was being loved and well taken care 100% of the time. Spoke volumes when many staff and residents attended her funeral. Sunrise is an awesome home for your loved ones!!
