Sunrise of McLean Village

Very caring people. Staff tries very hard to make your loved one comfortable and they help anyway they can.

I had the pleasure of touring the original facility on Heights Court in McLean. I was incredibly impressed with the quality of the facility, the care, and the programs VIE Village offers its residents. The ratio of staff to residents is very low, three residents per caregiver. The eight-resident home is huge, immaculate, and filled with great amenities to help the residents enjoy life. I was there around lunch time. The food their chef prepared smelled very appetizing to me. The residents were comfortable and happy. I am clear this is a great option for seniors. Both of my parents were assisted care residents for the last chapter of their lives. Despite the reluctance to leave their home, each enjoyed better health and were happier than being in their home. Had they been at VIE Village, I am sure the benefits would have been even greater.

That drivers were polite and wonderfully used manners. People were friendly, easy to find the shops, everything you need. Beautiful scenery throughout the Clarence River NSW.

We are quite pleased with our decision to move from our McLean house that we lived in for 48 years to McLean Village Sunrise. We have met interesting and smart people and have friends who want to come and see this facility with the possibility of applying for residence here.

I spend 3 afternoons a week visiting a gentleman on the 3rd floor of Sunrise McLean. The 3rd floor team are an amazing group of people. So caring and ready to help whenever needed. The dream team! I am so glad that my client’s family moved him to this facility! Thank you!!!!
