The team at Sunrise of Redmond is absolutely amazing. It always feels welcoming every time I come to visit my loved one. As soon as she had arrived, she was treated with warmth, respect, and professionalism. Sunrise of Redmond staff constantly strive to create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for all residents. I could not recommend this community more!

Sunrise of Redmond is always a pleasure to visit. My loved one is so well cared for and I feel at ease that they are in safe, capable hands. Everyone is sooo thoughtful, kind, professional and helpful! I’m happy I went with Sunrise!

We have the pleasure of assisting a wonderful new resident transition into this amazing community about a week ago. Jenny, Briana and their staff were Super facilitating to move in and making everything really smooth and very simple. Jenny And her staff went out of their way to accommodate this new resident. We were assisting, making sure she had everything set up properly in her unit to Provide alternate, comfort, and all of the elements from home that would make it An easy transition for her. Upon coming home from the hospital, it was realized that the bed she was using with no longer be accommodating, so Brianna made arrangements to remove the bed watch that was there too get her a handicap accessible hospital bed Within days of her arrival at Sonrise. These ladies, their staff are so cheerful display, great attitudes, wonderful spirits, and genuine respect for their members of their community. They make Sonrise a great place to be, Where it seems everyone that I encountered was content and In good spirits being there

Update- 5/29/2026 Dining service continues to be extremely sub-par. I feel for the staff because the Tablet Ordering system is absolutely garbage….going on 45 minutes to order, multiple residents aren’t getting their food…this is consistent with my experience over almost 3 years. Update 1/7/2026- I would continue to recommend you run from this Purgatory. They are very skilled at their Sales Performances. The food quality has continued to decline considerably. My fathers items go missing regularly and he isn’t receiving his monthly shipments (that show delivered) of adult undergarments, so he is forced to wear their terrible quality adult undergarments that cause him rashes and UTIs. They consistently ignore my Dads UTI symptoms which is extremely dangerous in the elderly. When it comes to the events calendar , as far as I’ve noticed, they don’t follow any schedule or promised activities in Assisted Living or in the Memory Care side of things. When it comes to meals in Memory Care, I’ve often come to visit my Dad and have found the rest of the residents in the middle of their meals while my Dad has been left in his room. I have been in the unfortunate situation of not having a lot of other resources to help provide care for my Dad since my mother passed a few years ago, but I have the ability to move him out of this hell hole in the near future and I will continue to try to advocate for elderly that are receiving subpar care and their families who are being misled and lied to. This place is awful and will continue to be investigated by Adult Protective Services for theirs mistreatment of their residents. I’ve seen residents in REM “escorted” forcefully by staff down the hall. I’ve been the one who helped a resident up off the ground before any staff was even found. It’s appalling. Previous Review- Avoid avoid avoid. Too many issues to go into detail. I’m shocked they’ve not been shut down.
