I’d say my favorite thing about River Oaks is the environment. Once you walk in you’re greeted by everyone you walk past. The facility is always clean and the residents are always doing something fun. I check the Facebook page to look for pictures of my mom all the time. A few weeks ago they had an opening day celebration, my mom loved it. It’s definitely different than the other places around! Managers and I are in constant communication and I feel that they’re very involved in making sure my mom’s needs are met.

River Oaks Assisted Living is a wonderful community that truly prioritizes the well-being and comfort of its residents. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure that each individual feels valued and supported. This facility is well-maintained and offer a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes it feel like home. Every time I stop in, every staff member that walks past says hello. I am so happy to have my loved one be apart of this facility.

We could not have selected a better placement for our father than River Oaks. The staff all know him and his specific and individual needs, illustrating their personalized care daily. But in addition to knowing him, they have also gotten to know all of the members of our family across our visits. The relationships they are building with our family are genuine and caring and bring a smile to our faces upon each visit. The enrichment that they offer, both on site as well as the outings, are engaging across diverse interests. Between the Snowcoming dance, fitness classes, Happy Hours, walks through the park, visits to the library, trips to shop or get coffee, or even attending movies they are always planning exciting and meaningful activities for residents. My father's life is more full, healthy, and social since his move to River Oaks than it was when he was living independently. Most importantly, we no longer worry about his safety or care. Special shout out to Keagan, who works in the memory care center, she is exuberant and radiates positivity on even the hardest days. Thank you for the role you (and the entire staff) plays in our families.

River Oaks. My best friend was taken in at River Oaks. I was blessed to find an apartment below his floor. I am forever grateful to be able to see him every day. I am also grateful to the amazing staff for the great care he receives daily. He is happy and is well taken care of. When asked, he responds “the food is good too!” Thank you River Oaks for maintaining the dignity and well being of the adults requiring help.

My dad has been a resident of River Oaks for over 18 months now and we are so thrilled with his care! He's healthy and happy here! Dad is in the memory care program and is treated with such care and respect. The caregivers are wonderful and the creativity in activities and entertainment for residents is fantastic. I follow their Facebook page so I can see what they're up to and I've never seen my dad so happy. I'm so glad my dad is happy with his home there. He tells me it's a real nice place to live.
