Mae and her team were absolutely amazing and they took the time to help me through a traumatic situation with my father. He received the care and support he needed in order to comeback to his family. Spencer at the front desk was simply excellent and helpful. Mae provided me with tremendous advice about how to navigate through this process and situation. It was extremely helpful informative and with a personal touch that left me with a feeling of gratitude.

It’s clear they truly value the residents and treat them with respect and compassion. The community is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, comfortable atmosphere that feels like home rather than a facility. The caregivers are attentive and responsive, and communication with families has been excellent. Very good staff and dining. Medical team is excellent, and activities are varied and healthy or fun or both.

My mother has been here since April. The care managers are very sweet and she truly trusts them. Food is delicious, the facility is always clean, and the staff is very open to suggestions for new, engaging activities to bring to the community - they started a knitting club when they heard my mom liked to knit.

Our mother has been a resident at Sunrise of Sunnyvale since 2018 and she is thriving there. The community is just that, a community. The entire staff from the Executive Director, Wellness Nurses, Caregivers, Sales & Office Management and last but not least the incredible Food and Beverage Group are all dedicated to providing exceptional care and insuring our mother's health and well being. They have great social programs, including monthly/holiday brunches, music, exercise, current events and much more. It is a comfort having our mom at Sunrise of Sunnyvale knowing that she is in such good hands.
