Sunrise Of West Bloomfield

We toured sunrise and found it to be a lovely place. It was beautiful, spotless, warm and friendly. Mary Ellen, our guide, was warm and friendly herself, as was the rest of the staff, and gave us all the necessary information for us to make a decision. We were very pleased!

Janet, Bree, and Lauren are an amazing team to work with. The combination of their leadership and compassion has really made such a positive impact on the care of their residents!

If you or your loved ones are looking for a Senior Community that "feels like home", I would like to share that's how I felt when I visited Sunrise of West Bloomfield yesterday. From my warm and accommodating greeting at the front desk, to my meeting with Exec. Director Janet F. and Brianna R., the Director of Sales, it was a very special first meeting and tour. The energy in the community as we strolled down the halls and visited the dining room , community rooms and resident activity area, overlooking nature, snow and beautiful MI pines, it was like-a home-with residents enjoying what I was discovering for the first time. There was joy and happiness in every staff person I met. I appreciate the hospitality and highly recommend this community where I would love for my own mother to reside.

I was looking for a place for my dad to move to in an assisted living setting. Sunrise in Bloomfield Hills turned out to be a gem. It was clean, bright with smiling people working there. It had nice rooms, happy residents, lots of activities and just seemed like a good place to consider moving him. He liked it too! My best interaction was with Mary Ellen, who went out of her way to customize what she could offer us. She also agreed to stay late one night to meet with us due to my challenging work schedule. We had some medical issues with my dad that would not allow us to follow through with our original move in date. Mary Ellen was so gracious and accommodating to our particular situation-- I could not say enough positive comments about Mary Ellen and her flexibility in meeting our needs. Sunrise Bloomfield should be on your shortlist of residence selections for an older loved one.

I work in hospice care and travel to many different communities. I am at Sunrise West Bloomfield every week or so. Each time I come the staff are friendly and helpful. The place is clean and smells good. I love seeing the residents engaged in various activities. The staff is caring and compassionate. They take their work seriously and seem very heartfelt.
