Outstanding care! The owners understand what quality care is about and go the extra mile to help. They spent all day setting up my mom's room. I chose this location after visiting 17- by far the most caring staff I met! Great food-and lots of love❤️❤️❤️ They also understand dementia and hospice. So resourceful.

They have some scheduling case management that is very forgetful. If there in no show or call they wait and scramble to find a caregiver to cover. Then to have a supervisor that has promised to come and cover, even he/she never shows up. That is very unprofessional. With it being a supervisor and not following through. Makes you wonder does he / she truly hold to the company’s own values and that they putt their clients first? There have been numerous times were patients don’t have enough coverage! Leaving the clients in a difficult and a distressing situation .. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPAY FOR ANY CAREGIVERS! OR for that matter ANY TYPE of NURSING STAFF. It’s saddens me to see that one unprofessional personal in the office can destroy the integrity of a company.. The COMPANY NEEDS to be MORE APPRECIATIVE OF ALL THEIR CAREGIVERS!!! THAT PULLS DOUBLE SHIFTS.
