Our family has been very happy with Abby and her crew. My 95 year old mom (retired RN) is happy living there. I even admitted another family member to the other house. Recommend two thumbs up

This is a beautiful home but that’s about it. The owners are only in this for the money and have no heart for the residents. My parents were there for 3 1/2 years. The first two were ok because of some of the caregivers. The last year and a half was miserable for my mom. The lack of care is terrible, and they do absolutely no activities with the residents. The only time my mom would see a caregiver was when she would put her call light on. Then they would act annoyed with her. My mom was yelled at by a caregiver on a couple of occasions which we addressed. Every time we would start to look for a different place, things would be ok for a bit so my mom would say she’ll just stay. Adjusting to a new surrounding is hard at 92. If you do put your loved one here, make sure you’re diligent about the care provided. My sister and I were both there daily to visit and see mom and dad were being cared for.I really wish we would have just moved my mom to a different place after my dad passed away. It would have been too hard on my dad to move again.That is one huge regret I have.
