Ashley was sure I understood the information I needed to know to make my decision. You felt like Ashley was part of your family trying to help you make a decision for your loved one. Tuckahoe is a beautiful facility, the dining room has great food, the facility is staffed well. All of the staff I met were very outgoing, pleasant and anxious to help.

Sunrise Villa Tuckahoe! We love Mom’s new home here!! It was a tough journey to find our way to Sunrise’s Memory Care, with some rough experiences at previous communities along the way. But Rosalind and her Memory Care professionals are now providing Mom with the kind and respectful support she needs. Our entire family is now resting easier knowing Mom is in such good hands with the entire Sunrise Villa Tuckahoe team.

When the time came to find assisted living facility for our parents, our mother felt very comfortable walking through the door. Sunrise felt familiar and the layout resembled the Independent Living facility they were coming from. Nearly 4 years later and when their needs required additional assistance, Sunrise stepped up to meet their needs. During our fathers final days the staff and hospice nurses worked closely together. As children of a resident, we are very involved and present in Sunrise Community. Our mother keeps herself busy volunteering within Sunrise, playing bingo, puzzles and other games with the many residents. Overall, we are pleased with Sunrise facility and staff and would recommend Sunrise to others. Staying involved in your love one's care is important and welcomed at Sunrise Villa Tuckahoe.

My MIL lived here for 1 year, then moved to a different Sunrise one year ago. It was well-run, clean, friendly... so much of what you'd want. In the end it was to large a setting for MIL, which is why we moved her. Good staff. Ashley is great about touching base with folks who move in, to help them get involved and integrated. Karen in the business office and her two adorable weiner dogs that she generously lets socialize with residents and visitors. Vicky is a great activities director & so friendly. Carol was a fantastic nurse there. They also didn't charge us for repairs to the unit, even though they could have, after we moved my MIL out.
