Sunset Estates

Finding Sunset Estates was a true blessing. Looking for memory care was an overwhelming and emotional experience. Jamie and Hans were kind and patient as they answered questions and helped me navigate placement for my Mom. Mom's room is a very nice sized space. We were able to make it "look like home," as we brought in her own furniture and many familiar pictures. Upon entering her room for the first time she commented how beautiful it was. The communication with the care center is great. I appreciate being kept in the loop and updated on any changes with Mom. We love that Sunset Estates isn't a huge facility and has a clean, homey atmosphere. The way the staff refer to the residents as Miss (or Mister) followed by their first name is really sweet. Mom isn't going to remember the names of the staff but she has consistently referred to them as "the nice ladies that take care of me." We couldn't ask for anything better than that.

My mom battles with dementia. She is otherwise healthy. Before I found Sunset I didn't know what to do. Mom was mean and aggressive meds were not right. They not only helped me they educated me. They have made her happy again. As we get closer to the end of her journey They have made her very comfortable and my family as well. I know that placing a loved one in a nursing home is difficult decision but I highly recommend Sunset estates.

The staff is absolutely amazing. Several took care of my parents and felt so safe and secure with them. My parents never felt neglected they felt like it was home to them because of the staff. Couldn't ask for a better place for my love ones to be.
