SUNSET RIDGE ASSISTED LIVING

Food is served on paper plates and plastic silverware. no food is made from scratch. Staff is nice but often clueless and care is inconsistent. staff turnover is very high. residents hear about short staffing a lot, yet staff is on their phones and resting often. Had great activities until the best one left. now barely anything and involve only a few when it is convenient. hallways are very dark.

If you value your loved ones well being I would recommend the view in Johnson creek. Anything but here.

It has been a privilege to volunteer at this beautiful facility since they opened. The building, the living spaces, dining room and resident’s room are lovely, and inviting. The care staff is excellent. It is evident they love the people they are caring for. This year our experience changed with Sunset Ridge. My mother-in-law needed extra care. We knew that her next home should be Sunset Ridge. The staff made her transition as effortless as possible. She now calls Sunset Ridge her “home”. Thank you Sunset Ridge!

I have been very impressed with the care my husband gets. The staff is very caring and patient. The facility is very clean. The food excellent. They are very good at answering any questions I have. That they have nice activities for the residents to participate in even an exercise class. I can go home at night and know he is well cared for.

Some one I love is living there.
