SUNSET RIDGE MEMORY CARE

Started out ok. This is not a place I would put my loved one. No one gets back to you, limited staff for the amount of residents. Many times they only had one person working for 16 to 20 residents. Things gets taken and not replaced. This place is not managed well at all.

I was a resident there for short time, I'm incontinent and was bedridden, there where times that I wasn't changed or feed for a few days in a row because I was totally forgotten about and nobody answered my call light,,, I wouldn't let them care for my died cat

Amazing staff! Super clean.... one of the best facilities I have gotten a chance to visit!

I never felt so bad for the families of the residents, surprised they are still open.

Sometimes it's important to see if people address issues when they are called to their attention more than if the issues never occurred. While there have been very few issues we've experienced with our dad living at Sunset Ridge, when things have popped up, they have been very prompt on getting them addressed and have done so very cheerfully and professionally. We are very happy to have dad living there.
