The facility itself is very bright and cheerful. I love that it looks like a little town when you walk in. The staff is always smiling and always helpful. I never have to look for a staff member when I need assistance with something. It is all around a great facility.

Life is filled with many ups and downs and one of those tough decisions is when you need to place a loved one in a place where you are hoping they are loved just like they were in your own home. Best Care in Brandon fulfilled this hope for my Mom. I was filled with many emotions with this decision ranging from sadness to guilt and the staff quickly alleviated any concerns I had and it even led to me sleeping better at night. The most important thing in life is Family, not a job, not money, but family. The characteristics my Mom and Dad instilled in me led me to live my life this way. Always caring for someone in my career in the hospital as if they were a family member. Seeing people at their most vulnerable and needing help was a quality I searched for and what my Mom wanted. The staff fulfilled this and I now consider them an extension of my family. We all take things and people for granted on a daily basis, but I do not take these people for granted. The simple fact is that my Mom is happy and safe. What more could I ask for. Thank you again very much.

I have visited Superior multiple times in the last year or so. It is always clean and smells up to par. Unlike other facilities that always have some kind of smell, when you walk in, you wouldn’t know it was an assisted living. It is beautiful. The staff is very caring, down to the receptionist to the clinical staff, to the admin team. Everyone is so welcoming and nice. You can tell that the clinical staff has expertise in dealing with dementia and Alzheimer’s by the way, they take care of the residents. I was looking for my grandmother at one point, but we never made it to put her in a facility, she stayed at home. But when I am looking for one for my mother, this would be the place to be!
