SUPERIOR RESIDENCES OF CLERMONT

So after my 1 star review. I have spoken to many, at Superior Residences. My 96yr old grandmother is glad to be back with, friends. Glad to say my conversations with all staff and the Director went okay. Very unhappy with the lack of care. My grandmother recently received if her Shower days are 2x a week. How on earth did it go unseen and unnoticed. Her Pacemaker was coming through her skin. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE

I am so pleased that I chose Superior Residences of Clermont Memory Care for Mom. A great variety of activities and socializing to keep them engaged and active. Both the management team and staff have shown care, concern and a commitment to her well-being.

Thank you for the Fantastic work and compassion care your Staff showed towards our family Member Your faculty is second to none. Anyone there should be proud to be a member of your staff. If anyone is looking for a memory care unit or just simply an assisted living facility for a loved one this is the place to be. Superior Residences celebrated July 4th yesterday The last Friday in June! The Staff opened our doors to outside families to be guests for a meal prepared specially for The Holiday!! People of all ages shared a meal, played a spinning wheel game for prizes , of fried chicken onion rings plantains hamburgers/cheeseburgers cold drinks for the hot day at hand! Photos were obtained by staffers for our Own Facebook Website. I’ll have to check it out soon! And fresh watermelon or pastries for dessert A cake was given in honor a long term employee who is trying out retirement! I really enjoyed myself as I mingled with the crowd to just say hello and we are so very glad that you came! The Kitchen staffers put on a fine meal

Recently I had to make the difficult decision to move my wife to another facility. I chose Superior Residences of Clermont. In the short time that she has been here, I have definitely seen a change. She is happier and more engaging. From day one, the management team and staff has shown care, concern and a commitment to her well-being. I am so thankful I moved her here.
