SV SOUTH BELOIT TERRACE

I REPORTED THIS PLACE TO THE STATE FOR ABUSE! The staff have a nasty attitude and talk and the residents loudly so family members visiting can her. Both staff and residents abused my mom! My mom ended up being hospitalized because the staff refused to wipe her properly. My mom has has items STOLEN by staff ranging from snacks to $60 that was in her wallet. Yes they went through her and took what THEY wanted. The staff also pack up all my mom's belongings and SAID THEY WOULD MAIL HER CHARGER FOR HER WHEELCHAIR! Guess what? THEY NEVER DID!

Be careful when looking for places for your parents!!!! They are very misleading, verbal abuse and hitting residents. Controlling management! Untruthful, always resistants fault!! Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! State really needs to be more involved!!

Most nastiest unprofessional disorganized facility I ever been to. Management needs improvement.
