My mom lived here for several years. This staff took wonderful care of her. These are some amazing people who daily show their love and kindness. We are so thankful for all of them!

Our mother did not want to leave her home, so it was hard to make the decision to move her here. Within 24 hours we knew we had made the right decision, though a hard one. She was received with love, treated kindly, and cared for well. The staff quickly became loved by us and we are thankful for all they did beyond their job description. Caregiving is hard work and those who did it while our mother was there did it well. We are grateful.

Swan Manor is recently remodeled and one of the best Assited Living Homes in Baytown. Thousands less monthly than any other apartment living type full service homes for your love ones.

Please please please do not put your loved ones here if you really care for them! These people are so hateful and rude to the seniors here! I witnessed myself the staff cursing at the residents ,they bring out cold food ,their outside patio is disgusting. They will constantly tell you all of their residents are crazy..Dear God please do your research before putting your loved ones away like this. This is not a way anyone would want to live.

Our mother recently moved to Swan Manor and she loves it. The leadership and entire staff are amazing, so loving and attentive.
