SYCAMORE CREEK RANCH AT SHENANDOAH

Sycamore Creek Ranch has been a very good place for my wife who has Alzheimer’s. She feels comfortable there and seems to enjoy visiting with the other residents. The staff is very caring and always greet me by name when I go to visit. The residents spend most of the day in the common area where the staff has daily activities for them. They are adding a schedule of more daily activities to keep the residents involved. There is typically music playing that the residents might remember and sing along.

Sycamore Creek has been a beacon of comfort during an incredibly challenging and stressful period. From the moment we arrived, I felt a profound sense of ease knowing that my loved one is in a place where they will be genuinely cared for and cherished. Elva and caregivers here are exceptional; they exude warmth and compassion, and it's evident that they truly love what they do. Their dedication and genuine concern for the well-being of each resident have earned my complete trust. They speak to him with kindness and patience—even when he’s feeling grumpy—and they’re always encouraging participation in activities. Each visit, I’m greeted and always feel supported. The team is attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns we have, which has made a huge difference in our experience.
