My dad was a resident for 19 years. He loved living there for many years but he had become frustrated over the last couple years when he felt it was being run more like a corporation than a caring retirement facility. Don’t get me wrong, there are still some very good people who work there. People that treated him with kindness and who he considered friends. But overall, I feel like this facility has lost the heart that they once had for their residents.

I have been here about 6 weeks now and I am extremely happy and satisfied with my experience so far. The food is tasty and the ability to order alternate meals to my liking is a good alternative for me as I like vegetarian food choices also. The activities offered have offered me a great opportunity to make several friends already. Prior to this I was living alone in an apartment and so the socialization has been very beneficial to me. The staff is very kind and caring to the residents here. I feel very safe and secure here.
