SYCAMORE OF RIVER FALLS (THE)

This is a well overdue post. I can’t believe it has been a year since my parents have moved into The Sycamore. This place is the real deal. The place is well kept up, the team goes above and beyond to made sure the residents have what they need and they always action feedback to continuously improve. Our family is grateful to know our parents are living their best life and having a great time doing it in a safe and secure environment. Thank you to the great team for all that you do!

The Sycamore of River Falls is a welcoming and wonderful home! Brandon, Megan, Georgie and their whole team have been so good to my Dad as he transitioned from one Ebenezer Independent Living in MN to a new one in WI. He loves the in-unit laundry, delicious food and Happy Hour with live music twice a week! My sister and I are grateful for his safe and beautiful new home with a great staff and so many enjoyable activities. River Falls is a very special community as well. Many thanks to all at The Sycamore!!

My mom came to the Sycamore in Sept 2024 to recover after a hip fracture. The plan was for it to be temporary but she fell in love with the facility, activities, residents and staff. She felt so supported in every way there and it provided comfort and relief for us kids to know she was safe and happy. As of November 2024, my dad and her have now made it their new home together! The happy hour with friends and music are their absolute favorite! Breakfast with friends in the dining room and card games also keep them busy. We have seen new life in our parents since they joined the Sycamore community. We are so grateful!

My dad has been a resident of The Sycamore since July of 2024. The staff is amazing and make him feel so welcomed. The food is top notch and they have so much to offer. He really enjoys the weekly happy hours!! I love that the building has the local history. It's such a good feeling knowing that he's in such wonderful company.

My mother moved into the Sycamore in August. What a great place! The facility is fabulous, but best of all is the team! Every person we have encountered has been helpful and so very kind. They offer customized services and fun activities for residents. It has been an emotional transition for my mom to leave her home and make a move like this at age 97, but with the support of the Sycamore staff, she is settling into a new place she can call home.
