Great staff looks after residents

Horrible, unapproachable staff. Hard to find anyone who truly cares about the residents. Residents who have outside agency services are left in bed all morning past lunch more times than not.

My Mother lived at Sylvan for the past 5 years. We moved Mom in to Sylvan knowing she could stay until end of life. This was very important to us as with her dementia moving again would have been very traumatic. Mom loved the socialization available...playing bingo, craft projects, and exercise to name a few. She had a lovely view out her window where she could watch the birds at her feeders, and deer would come almost right to her window. The staff was very caring and easy to work with. They made her, and our whole family, feel like family!! We also appreciated the smaller amount of residents as compared to much larger facilities in the area. Thank you to the staff at Sylvan for taking such good care of Mom!!!

I am just writing you to say Thank You to the all the Staff at Sylvan Crossings Creekside Estates. I moved my Mom in on Aug 11, 2015. Two days earlier, I met Shelly and said to her, "I just want to be a daughter to my Mom." Shelly assured me that with Mom living here, I could do just that and her and the staff would care for Mom. That they did! Mom lived at Creekside Estates for just over 10 months. Mom and I loved it there. She was loved by the staff and was always made to feel special. After Mom passed away, I thanked the staff for taking such great care of her and they said, "No Thank You for letting us care for her". I think that sums it all up. They really care about the residents. Creekside Estates is an excellent facility with loving and caring staff. Daughter, Jean Casper
