Absolutely horrible place(Jefferson Location). Would not recommend having your loved ones here as this facility nor their directors are there for patient care, more so just a paycheck. Not only do they not care for their patients / residents , they don’t clean the facility or the rooms appropriately. When it comes to patients end of life care they are even more hands off and so rude. They could truly care less when your loved one’s time is coming to an end. When they are approached about concerns or things not being done correctly, you are met with excuse after excuse. Their staff isn’t fully able to communicate with you without having to use their phones to translate. It sickens me that a place like this is still running. Making families feel like they have no choice in their loved one’s final moments. Larra Dobbs has zero compassion for anyone who steps foot in that door and in a healthcare setting , compassion is so important especially for your patients! Do better!

This place is one of the worst places I’ve ever seen in this area. Not much communication between management and staff and residents. Part of that problem is different language spoken so communication is difficult. Place has ant problem that I seen. Management not wanting to listen to your concerns just putting there hand in the air and saying I don’t have to listen to this and walks away. Personal stuff went missing and room very unkept boy I could go on but I’ll stop now. I myself have worked in healthcare for 40 years so I know little about it. My goodness what has happened to general care for people. My family is just trying to see that our loved one is cared for in a clean and caring environment.

This a very nice clean facility with good care and food.

The team at Sylvan Crossing is excellent- we searched for a qualified CBRF and found their staff to be some of the best in the state. The home has a nice "community" feel and is very clean. Home cooked meals are prepared to order just like at home. When we arrived, Our room was clean and freshly painted. The admission process was very thorough and smooth. Rating system for care is objective and fair and pricing is an excellent value. We are thankful to have Sylvan provide the care for our loved one as they have and will continue.
