SYMPHONY AT CENTERVILLE

My wife was there for 25 days before I pulled her out due to repeated incidents of neglect. Four times that I know of, they did not come and get her for meals. In 25 days, they didn't change the bedsheets. The room smelled of urine even after they said they gave it a deep clean. I had to buy a floor cleaner to use in the room. After one cleaning, the dirty water was the color of firehouse coffee. They said they would check on my wife every two hours when she was in her room at night. Most nights, my camera recorded no welfare checks at all during the night. I could go on, but in short, they are not a place to entrust the care of your loved ones.

Kauhale centerville is a great community. All the staff is very passionate about their titles. All the staff welcomes everyone as family, always has smiles on their faces. The directors do an amazing job. Josh Dunham is one of the best sellers I’ve met. He goes above and beyond, he’s got a heart of gold and is one of the most kindest people.

Kauhale, Symphony at Centerville when we arrived, is a great place for memory care. We chose it after asking around and finding 3 different friends that have had loved ones there for years. So glad we took their recommendations!! The staff is so helpful and experienced with caring for their residents and just as importantly the family of the residents. LOVE IT HERE!!
