Staff has been outstanding very helpful and so kind. The therpy staff is beyond there to help figure out the best way to customize your recovery to you. The meal is so taste and a great variety. The faculties is so homie.

My grand dad left yesterday. He came into the resort a old crabby dude. When he left he was all smiles. This place started off rocky for us but they are great. He wanted me to say something good about Taj from housekeeping, Tashia, and the nurse April. Taj came in everyday while he was there making sure he had towels and soaps and made sure his room was spic n span. She is a great gal he said. Tashia is awesome as well. Very kind and has a big heart, and April has a good soul he said. I hope and pray that my grand dad stays on the right track but I definitely recommend this place!

The only reason why im giving this 2 stars is because of housekeeping and a couple aides. Today i witnessed a housekeeper being pulled for everything and not once did she get upset or conflicted. She worked really hard getting the rooms clean. She is an amazing housekeeper. I believe her name Tahj, keep up the good work I’m sad ur leaving soon, but housekeeping is great kudos to u guys . The aides were very helpful and ansered the light almost immediately. T and Indria are awesome! Thank you all for everything you do

Recently had a family member at Ignite… Very medically complex patient who required a lot of care and TLC. Jessica, Jon & Kevin were our therapists and became our family. They went above and beyond every session. Truly grateful for them….. The therapy team (and their dynamics )is what made our experience so great. A+ team!

Indria CNA is wonderful. Ms.Nelson the General Manager is very all hands on deck. Ms. Rita and Tiffany very helpful and caring. The staff is tremendous. It is difficult placing your loved one in someone else’s care, but Mrs. Nelson has been an absolute God send. No place is perfect but when you have a general manger ready, and willing to meet the consumers needs……my heart is full. Chef Chris serves excellent cuisine. We have encountered so many wonderful people at this location too many to mention. We are Grateful!!!!!!!!
