My overall experience here was very good. In the beginning I had some issues but I think those issues were resolved rather quickly. I would definitely tell other people about this place I think it has a very good reputation. All of the staff is very respectful and very kind. Willing to help and with a smile. Always.

My experience here at ignite has been pleasant. Ashley, Amber, and Carolyn make therapy educational, fun and enlightening. The Nurses Vernette, David, and Idamea go above and beyond to take care of me. My wound nurse Gina has provided excellent care. Erick, Mariah, Gabby, and Bobbi are all amazing CNAs that make me laugh, are very caring, and are very efficient with my needs. Sandy the Nurse Practitioner is always so great with me.

There are many wonderful employees here that are very caring, but there are a few that really stick out. Bobbie the super Cna and Sarah are absolutely wonderful with their residents and they also have been an inspiration and a great teachers to my Cna students that are here for clinical. The girls that work at the front desk and Starbucks also (sorry I don’t know your names) are extremely welcoming and sweet, and make the best drinks! Thank you for all of your help and making us feel welcome at your facility.

My mom was a patient at Ignite for three weeks following a hospitalization. There are many good things about this facility but the heart of it is many of the very special people that work there and care for the patients. I’d like to recognize the various areas and people who made a difficult situation better because of their compassion and care. Many thanks to Megan, Lizzie and Dee, and Demionte in Hospitality, Sandy, Sarah, Latasha, Kita,, Daija, and William on the nursing care team, and Erin and Michelle in physical therapy and Shelby in assisting our return home. I am sure there are many more but these people took the best care of my mom.

I spent a week at the Ignite in Dyer last year. It was absolutely terrible, and after my experience there, I would not send my worst enemy there. Since I need subacute rehab care after surgery, Ignite in Crown Point was highly recommended by five different professional people. I was convinced by their recommendations to come to Crown Point. I am absolutely glad I did. PT and OT are are kicking my butt, and all my caregivers have been terrific. They are professional, highly skilled, gracious and empathetic to me. From the doctor, nurse practioners, nurses, and tech staff, I know this is exactly where I need to be for my healing from my surgery. My previous experience with Ignite in Dyer, originally soured me on Ignite, but after over three weeks here at IGNITE REHAB IN CROWN POINT, INDIANA, I am very happy with everything here, and am thrilled with my decision to come here. GOOGLE REVIEW #2-IGNITE CROWN POINT As I check out today from Ignite Rehab ib Crown Point, Indiana, due to the Insurance company kicking me out, I wanted to acknowledge the great care I was given from everyone here in the facilty over the almost 7 weeks. After a bad experience at the Ignite facilty in Dyer, last year, I did not want to come here to the Crown Point location, but I did not have a choice. But after my stay, I am damn glad I did. My Nurse Practioners, Sandy and Tiffany were absolutely amazing, and the Hospitality Directors Alexis and Megan were too. The Social Worker Shelby was great as well. The Nurses took very good care of me, and the names are: Tiffany, Jeri, Tasha, Marquita, Tammy, David, Deja. I have probably forgotten to mention a few, so I ask your forgiveness. The techs who worked with me were very gracious and caring. They were: Tiana, William, Laura, Eric, Alexis, Alexia, Dore, Toni, and some others, I forgot. My Wound Nurse, Emilee was one of the very best I have ever had. The Physical Therapists were great, and they were: Erin, Donna, Rick, Mirabel, Michelle, Boss Terri, and a few others. The Occupational Therapists were excellent too. They were: Colette, Amber, Ashley, and again, a few others I forgot. Miley at the front desk and Starbucks was awesome, Melissa, the head administrator there was very helpful to me as well. All that being said, I highly recommend Ignite in Crown Point, Indiana, should you, or friends and family need a quality Rehab facility.
