My family experienced warm friendly staff and great care for our mom needing rehab to gain strength after a hospital stay. It's the system at most of these places that is unfortunate. They don't give patients enough rehab to go home. Once a day and sit or lay for the rest. No weekend rehab. No help getting up to use the restroom, they use diapers. How will patients do at home? Things are changing for the better it seems as there was a name change and possibly new owners. They seem to be adding more care givers and the place is clean. They have good food for patients and visitors althoughthe orders are sometimes forgotten or wrong. Check their times for ordering.

I arrived to see a loved one today and when I arrived I was thrilled to see the care and respect they showed the patient and myself. They were wonderful and the care was spectacular. He passed away within 4 hours pain free with loved ones all around him, peacefully. Heartbreaking but so beautiful. Thank you to everyone there.

As someone that works in healthcare it is very disappointing to see how MUCH this facility is lacking. They often bring patients to appointments and just DROP THEM OFF with no one to stay with the person, and often times the family members are not even aware their loved one had been brought in for an appointment. Trying to reach ANYONE at the facility is VERY DIFFICULT. Our office had been calling for one week, every day, several times a day to try and reach ANYONE about a very important situation regarding a patient and were never successful in getting into contact with ANY member of the staff. After approximately ten phone calls and MANY unanswered messages, we had to physically GO TO THE FACILITY to speak to someone in person. The lady at reception was trite and disrespectful from the beginning. The nurse that helped was apologetic however, the patients family member has has the same issues. She can never get a hold of anyone and has to drive to the facility to handle any issues or take care of any concerns. Thankfully she lives local, but IF NOT then what would she do?! It has not been just this one instance. Unfortunately I have known people in my personal life that have gone here for care and have NOT had a good experience. One such person passed after going here for rehab after a procedure. He was not very old but lived alone and needed care post surgery. He ended up passing away. Can I say for certain it was due to lack of care by the facility? No, but I DO KNOW when I would speak with him while he was there, he did NOT have good things to say,,,and he was a retired physician...so..... bottom line. not a good situation.

The facility is clean, very comfortable and accommodating . The staff is great and very professional. They take the family and listen and go beyond to please. My Mom is in rehab and soon moving to assisted living. I couldn't be happier that she is in Symphony Dyer. I know she will be taken care of and treated care. Tiffany has taken care of all our questions and concerns. Tiffany is the BEST!!! I'm glad knowing she is in the best place she can be. SYMPHONY IS THE BEST!

Symphony of Dyer was an absolute lifesaver to my family as we addressed my mothers rapid deterioration from congestive heart failure. The skilled nursing care she received in memory care was above our expectations. The kindness shown to my mother and family, by every staff member, regardless of position, made a difference in our lives. We went from rehab to hospice and believe all aspects of this place are commendable. (Dinner was not always the best as rated by my mother but breakfasts were good).
