Dog and pony show. These people make this place seem perfect in the beginning but truth is, once you're in you're ignored. Wait days for a maintenance request to be fulfilled. Nursing staff could care less and have no business dealing with elderly. Food is terrible. Staff turnover at all levels is ridiculous. Place can't keep good help so they contract out. Only plus is the facility is pretty nice but again once you're in you're forgotten. They can't keep residents either. Always have space which is NOT what you want to see. Would give 0 stars if possible.

We had a very nice informative tour . My Aunt found it very appealing which is quite the statement as she currently owns a beautiful Condo that will be hard to give up , but she needs to be in a facility where there are more amenities and care options as she eventually will give up driving. She is very much considering it for her next move and the on site salon and masseuse option, as well as an excellent lunch are big selling points for her.

Lots of theft here. Everyone knows the staff is stealing from residents but management does nothing about it. Management is awful. They don't respond to requests and simply do not care about residents. If you are considering their independent living think again. You'd be better off renting an apartment somewhere. This place is expensive, especially when you have money or personal items stolen. Avoid at all costs. I'm posting for a relative who is moving out.

Symphony Pointe rating The purpose of this rating is to express my opinion that Symphony Pointe has a fundamental management problem, particularly in personnel. Symphony Pointe experiences a high level of staff turnover that results in rather poor care of all their residents, in independent living, assisted living and memory care. This can be the result of pay or working conditions or both. Symphony Pointe uses many temporary agency caregivers that are useless and not motivated for providing care to residents – much of their time is sitting and looking at or playing with their phone. Other senior living facilities do not use temporary agency caregivers, so can provide a higher level of care for their residents. We have been assured by managers for more than six months that temporary agency caregivers would be eliminated and no longer needed. Hope and talk are cheap – action by Symphony Pointe management to address problem is necessary. However, it appears to be getting significantly worse with many more temporary agency caregivers. Therefore, our loved one was moved to a different senior living facility that does not use temporary agency caregivers. Symphony Pointe is an attractive facility but that should not influence your decision to move your loved one their if you want personal care for your loved one. Symphony Pointe is owned and managed by Agemark. Agemark has several senior living facilities in Omaha area and other states.

Katrina Ondracek is the General Manager here and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is compassionate, highly efficient, and has a real ability to listen to residents and their families. Your family member is in safe hands in her care. She cares about every resident deeply. Katrina took excellent care of my mother in Memory Care and we are forever grateful. This is a beautiful and well-thought out facility like all Agemark Senior Living communities.
