TABITHA AT PRAIRIE COMMONS ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY CARE

My mom was one of the first ones to move into Tabitha at Prairie Commons when it opened, she moved into Independent first and now resides in Memory care. I’m so thankful that mom has the care she has and all the loving staff. I really feel that although it was hard for me to admit it was the best and safest place for mom to be I was put more at ease seeing all that Tabitha had to offer. Not a day goes by that they don’t have something fun and entertaining for the residents. I never feel like they are short staffed so that the residents aren’t getting everything they need. I toured all the facilities in Grand Island before I was set on her coming to Tabitha at Prairie Commons. I do really want to thank the wonderful staff, you can really tell they take pride in hiring loving and caring people. Love this picture of my mom and one of her nurses!!

Relation of mine are "pioneers" at Tabitha as they moved in to Tabitha opening day. Tabitha has been excellent for them there. They are enjoying the new friendships with residents and staff, the activities, their food, a full time pastor, ice cream and popcorn 24/7. Who wouldn't enjoy living there. We liked all the care levels that were offered at Tabitha along with the therapy. We made a wise choice making our family sell their home and helping them find Tabitha as an option.

Tabitha at Prairie Commons has been a blessing for my mom who resides in their assisted memory care. She actually has an apartment which makes it feel more like 'home.' The whole facility is beautiful. There are SO MANY amazing activities to keep the residents involved and engaged socially and emotionally which is vital to maintaining quality of life. She does more fun things than I do! The STAFF...amazing! They care for her and the other residents like they are their own family. That gives me such a wonderful peace of mind. I highly recommend Tabitha at Prairie Commons for all the transitions later in life from independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled care, and long-term care needs.

I cannot recommend Tabitha enough! The facility and staff are outstanding. My mom moved in this fall and it has been life changing for all of us in a good way. The staff have gone above and beyond; they care for the residents like family. The activities are so well planned and vary in interests. 10/10!

We were very pleased to have our Mom stay at Tabitha while she recovered from a hip replacement surgery. She was in their skilled care facility and was taken very good care of. We were pleased with the staff, the room size, and the accommodations. Mom had to have her food puréed and they did a nice job of making it tasty for her. Mom even celebrated her 92nd birthday at Tabitha and they were very gracious to offer our family a room for that celebration! Lastly, we appreciated all the contact that the staff made with us during my Mom’s stay. They were very good at keeping us informed.
