Finding a place for an aging parent who has cognitive issues is so daunting. So much is paid for advertising and it’s hard to swim through the reviews and really know what is real. Well I must say, after almost a decade dealing with my moms care in assisted living and memory care Tabor Crest is one of the most loving, clean, well managed and thoughtful places I’ve ever seen (and I’ve seen a lot!). The ED is helpful and went way above and beyond to help us when we were in a tough spot after my moms hospitalization. The staff is empathetic and plentiful (yes staff was everywhere we looked actively engaged with residents) and the facility and rooms smelled and were top level clean. If only this was the norm for all memory care facilities!! I would with all confidence have a loved one live there knowing what an exemplary place it is.
