Tambree Meadows Assisted Living

Update my step dad still stays here but they need more employees and more stuff is needed. There but overall he likes it. my dad lives here he has loved it. he may need to move. but he likes here he has gotten and has found alot of help over here. and they all have made me and my dog not only feel at home. but its a great place my dog loves it there she loves all the pet all the residents there are treated with respect and its tecnicly none bias. but they have people that take them shopping and people that help set up apotments cause i have to worry about more than 1 thing anyway. its been a great place for him

The building is nice and has a home like feel. The staff have been friendly and I can tell the management cares about my loved one

So disappointed in this place. We had high hopes when we met with Ashley that they had the skills and preparedness to take care of my father who is deep into late onset Alzheimer’s. We were completely transparent about the fact that he roamed and was impulsive. That sometimes he can act out. Ashley told us that this is what they were trained for and that we were “paying them a lot of money to take care of things like this.” Apparently that really isn’t the case. Ashley was fired and Dad was kicked out with 24 hours notice after he “pushed the CNA’s hands down” while she was trying to keep him from wandering into another resident’s room. I don’t blame the CNA. They have a very difficult job with LOW compensation. I just feel that the mission of this place was mis-represented to us. When we moved out we were not offered one bit of help moving the furniture. (My wife and I did it alone.). When we moved him to Lily and Syringa we not only received more help than we knew what to do with but they were honest and up front with us. We feel that this is a blessing in disguise. Tambree Meadows is a nice location. They are equipped to take care of elders that needs some assistance but DO NOT take your beloved Alzheimer’s patient here unless they are snowed to the point that they will sleep 24/7. They also ran November’s auto pay and mailed the receipt on November 2nd when they had notified my mother that he had to be out on October 30th. I hope my mother can get this money back quickly as she is taking money out of their savings to pay for my father to live at Lily and Syringa. 11-21-2018. I want to modify this so it is accurate. They did NOT run November's autopay. They sent her a bill for November...AND October. Apparently they lost the check that my mother gave Ashley when they fired Ashley.

Absolutely would recommend this facility. Caring and compassionate staff, beautiful rooms, and a feeling of home.
