Very friendly and informative staff! We went to one of their events today related to labor and delivery for expecting mothers. I was able to bring my husband with me and we even got free diapers and shampoos for baby. We also received information about other centers closer to us and other services offered.

I visited this place today for a free CPR training class. I arrived 20 minutes before the start time, I was told by the security guard that he passed out 28 tickets which means there was 3 tickets left. He didn't give us the last tickets, so I Spoke With someone and they told me the tickets were saved for (2) participants who are blind or hard of hearing. Hopefully that was true ! But I would like for this place to adopt a better format for this process. Instead having people stand outside in a line, being given a #number which is unprofessional and unnecessary 😑

Don’t even bother coming here - I called to come and the person at the front desk told me that their care navigator is having lunch from 12-13pm and I should come at 2pm. So I did - just to learn that he actually took a personal appointment on his lunch break and did not go to his lunch until 1:30pm and he is not here. Very disrespectful behavior

I had been going to LA Care to line dancing classes for at least 10 years before Covid 19. It is a great place to attend various free classes. For whatever reason, there has been some turnover in personnel. Past and present employees have been wonderful. They are always polite and courteous and make it point to learn our names and speak to us by name. Periodically, they have vendors to check the blood pressure, hearing, etc., of those that are interested. They offer a wide selection of classes for all age groups. All of this is free. Hopefully they will be reopening again soon.
