Tecumseh Place II

Tecumseh Place has competently cared for my Grandmother for the last 21 months. Today, when discussing her ongoing care, administrator Geoff Byron and office manager Carol Belanger were kind enough to take as much time as we needed to discuss all of my concerns. Both Geoff and Carol were patient, understanding and un-hurried as they listened. I believe that they have the best interests of the patients at heart and am grateful for their combination of competence and compassion.

Horrible experience. Terrified to go to anyplace after that. If you care about family, get them out of there. Needs to be shut down.

If I could give zero stars I would.

Nicole Wingenfeld is an amazing, kind, caring, and compassionate person! Her staff is a reflection of her. They took excellent care of my mom and made my dad and I always feel welcome and comfortable. We were so thankful, while mom had the terrible disease of Alzheimer's, Nicole and her staff were and absolute team with Careline Hospice. I will not be able to express in words how grateful my dad and I are. Thank you, for everything ! Our love and prayers are with all of you and the sweet souls you care for!

New management. Executive Director Nicole is warm and welcoming. She cares about her staff and her residents. Beautiful inside.
