I've been calling a few days to reschedule an appointment no answer just answering machine. The machine tells you to push a number and starts all over. I'm really concerned about making another appointment This is not professional.

Extremely disappointed. This is the nearest office that accepts my insurance and I'm trying to schedule a new-patient appointment. I've called 6 times over the past two hours and no one's answering the phone. I go on Google and find out that this has been an issue with this office for over a year at least. How do you even do business like that? How do you stay in business when you can't even be bothered to answer the phone? This place is a massive red flag.

Had an appointment on 12/23/25. They scheduled it at 7:00am drive all the way there but they don't open till 8:30am. so when I try to call at 8:30am it just ring no answer.

I felt pretty judged by the doctor. She was a little rude with her tone and kept cutting me off when I was trying to speak about my issues. I wasn’t expecting her to be overjoyed but she could have been way nicer. The nurses and frontal staff were very friendly though.

If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. I scheduled an appointment beginning of March 2025 & when I arrived I was told the doctor was not there and that my appointment had to be moved to April 22nd a whole month later…. I THEN ARRIVE TODAY APRIL 22nd and was told the same exact thing ! This office is so inconsiderate of their patients time. I had to take off work TWICE and waist gas and the staff doesn’t seam to care they just want you to make another appointment….I had to then reschedule another appointment that’s not until the end of May. Very disappointed. I also was told both times that they tried to call & leave me voicemails twice & my mailbox was full, I have 3 voicemails…… I have their number saved and have not received any calls !!
