Thank you for taking good care of my brother while he was in your care

My mom had a recent incident that required an ER visit. I just want to give a big thank you to the staff at Tender Hearts for immediate notification and help they provided in helping Mom and our family. The ER nurse asked which facility she was in. When I told her Tender Hearts she said that Tender Hearts takes good care of their residents. That is always good to hear when choices have to be made in choosing a facility for a loved one.

The facility was well laid out with a variety of places for the residents to congregate. Mom’s room was spacious. Unfortunately the facility changed ownership a week or so after her arrival so it was a bit chaotic for a while. Her symptoms progressed quickly so her stay was only a few months.

It was a hard decision when it was time for Mom to move out of her home and into assisted living. We admitted her to another facility, she was only there for six months when we made the move to Tender Hearts. What a fantastic facility. So glad we moved her here. Kelly and Brooke are two awesome ladies, any questions or concerns were quickly addressed. Sue makes all of the activities fun for all of the residents. The staff is very caring and treats the residents like they were their grandparents. Angels work at this facility.

Family friendly, caring staff, clean facility, good home cooked food. Tender Hearts is a family run facility, not a large cooperation and it really shows in the amount of care and compassion starting with the owners and continuing on with the dedicated staff. No person is ever left behind or forgotten in this facility. The staff treat each and every resident as if they were their parent or grandparent. It’s a very family friendly facility with a highlight being Friday Happy Hours with family, friends, staff and Residents coming together to enjoy snacks and nurture relationships. Tender Hearts truly lives up to it’s name with the amount of care and compassion the staff gives to each resident and their families!
