TENDER LOVING CARE ASSISTED LIVING HOME

Not sure where everyone is getting there info from but my sister is there and her care sux so I don't know if people are getting paid to post good things but this place is terrible

We moved our dad into Sophia's place about a month ago. His previous assisted living home was awful. We didn't realize just how bad his care was until we moved him to TLC and dad started making vast improvements in his overall appearance, countenance, demeanor, etc. Sophia and her staff were immediately attentive and supportive of our dad. Our dad has advanced Parkinson's Disease and needs assistance walking. Sophia immediately had a support belt put on dad and he's required to ask for assistance any time he needs to move. Dad hasn't fallen once since being at Sophia's! At his previous place they let him wander around and we was continually falling and hurting himself; every time we'd see him he had a new gash or bruise. Not any more! To quote him, "The food is superb!" at Sophia's - he's gained back some of the weight he lost at his previous place. Sophia's meals are nutritious, full of flavor and variety. Dad is thrilled! They're encouraged to go outside and enjoy the sunshine and nature (he used to stay in his room almost 24/7). Now when we see dad he's been bathed, has clean clothes on, teeth and denture are brushed and he's fairly glowing. Sophia has been in contact with his doctor who is addressing his stiffness and adjusting medications. All because Sophia and her staff care! We honestly feel like this has been a gift from God. His previous place had live cockroaches and was incredibly dirty. We'd visit dad and find him in dirty clothes and he'd smell so bad. That wasn't our dad - he deserved better. Now he's happy and healthy and enjoying his days. We are very grateful to have found Sophia and TLC.

I transferred my mom to this facility about six months ago after being in two other corporate owned assisted living facilities. I cannot say enough good things about the care she is now receiving at Tender Loving Care. The staff has been patient and attentive to all her needs. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for assisted living for their loved ones.

Tender Loving Care is hands down the best assisted living facility I’ve ever seen. Sophia and the rest of the folks at TLC did a wonderful job of caring for my dad for the last 3 1/2 years of his life. My dad loved the home cooked meals and the personal attention he received. It’s an excellent value as well. Your loved ones will be in good hands at LTC!

The care my dad is recieving at Tender Loving Care is beyond the five stars! They truly love and care for him in every way. The staff is exceptional and they keep me updated regularly on his needs and progress. He has told me numerous times how blessed he is to be there. He also regularly tells me how great the food is! We are beyond thrilled that we found TLC!
