TENDER REFLECTIONS OF MANITOWOC

My father was there while his leg healed after surgery and I was completely blown away by the staff! Everyone was so kind and compassionate not just to my dad but to everyone. We visited frequently so we saw a lot of different caregivers and everyone was amazing they went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and asked us if we needed anything l. I can’t thank them enough for how they treated my dad and how they treated all of the other residents it was such an amazing experience. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Frontida Assisted Living, Manitowoc is a 5 star facility! The staff are a dedicated, caring team. The care and help they provide to their residents is top notch. I highly recommend them. Carrie Ann, is one of the most caring administrators I have ever worked with. Frontida is blessed to have her!

I've seen so many positive changes since Frontida took over management of this location in July 2022. They have implemented a new dining program and life enrichment program for the residents, and their Executive Director Andrea goes above and beyond to respond to resident requests whenever possible. I almost didn't tour this facility based on previous reviews, but that would have been a huge mistake! The current staff at Tender Reflections have not only expertly and compassionately cared for my mother, but also have expertly and compassionately communicated with me throughout her residency. Their guidance throughout each downturn has been invaluable. I am so grateful for the support they have provided and glad that we have been able to spend the most difficult part of my mom's journey in such a clean, beautiful place that felt home-like and welcoming.
