I needed a place quickly I can not say enough good things about Dee and her staff -my mom needed help and attention adjusting it’s early but I feel comfortable that she is in the right place for helping her through these years or months. I hope to write more once mom has been there for awhile I appreciate the folks here especially Carol they try very hard to make the place happy I do think they could use a few more helping hands. I hope the owners know what Gems work here Dee ,Carol and Donna are worth much more than they earn. I am happy my mom is getting out of her shell and it’s all because of good people working there Dr Sherry Gaylor

My mom lives here and we love all of the staff.

All I know about this place is my good friend lived there for a very short time, caught some kind of virus and died. Fast forward one month and my husband, daughter and I had to go there to retrieve her small amount of belongings and to clean up. We were there possibly an hour. Fast forward about 24 hours and we all came down with the most evil virus we've EVER had! I was told they do not allow cleaning with bleach. I'd suggest going back to using bleach.

I moved my dad to Tender Touch from another assisted living facility. It was a great move for him. They do such a good job of taking care of him. The staff is very caring and are very aware of any changes in his health and keep me informed.

Absolutely the worst experience ever‼️ My father is 83 a US Airforce veteran..he is blind, stage five renal failure and disabled. My mother is 87 and is his 24 hour caregiver. Too make a long story short he has been with this company 4 years. Usually has one caregiver. The last year he has had different caregivers, during November, December they have had 3 different caregivers to cover a six day week. One of the caregivers requested to work full-time with my father, my father who is blind felt safe with one caregiver. My mother tried talking to the mgmt team and requested the one caregiver they refused. After all this stress my 87 year old mother suffered a heartattack. The SAME day Joan Beams (director of Tender Touch) agreed for the caregiver to come full-time...with stipulations. Joan Beams told me IF this one caregiver called out sick or went on vacation they would not send out anyone else. Unbelievable!!! One week later we receive a call from the VA that "Tender Touch" has dropped my parents, unbe known to us!! The caregiver was crying my parents devastated. If this is how our Veterans are being treated you, Joan Beams and Tender Touch should be ashamed of yourself. I would not treat a dog this way. You are a heartless person who treated my parents with total disregard. Shame on you
